AM EMH Question - Fastpasses?

If the EMH is in the morning, and only certain rides are open, can you get fastpasses for rides that aren't open yet, so that by the time the park officially opens, you can hop on the rest of the rides super fast?

I believe that the fastpasses only become available at normal park opening time for that day for rides which aren't open during EMH. At least that was our experience. Someone who has been there more recently might be able to confirm this or not.

No you can't because those rides that aren't open will have their fastpass machines closed too.
