Alternatives to turkey

We are doing TAILGATE party at my Moms house after the high school football game (my nephew is playing). We'll have burgers, hotdogs, ribs, salads, pasta, finger foods, and lots of beer and maybe a few shots

We have had Thanksgiving in Canada. We were at he inlaws and had the turkey dinner. My family however hates turkey so since we are on our own at Christmas my son suggested "Christmas Steak" so it will be Christmas Steak for us on Christmas day
