Alternatives to Dolphin/swan hotel with similar location?

Hi everyone,

i am currently looking at hotels for my next trip and have always stayed at the dolphin hotel due to the location to DHS and Epcot and the broadwalk . Though I am in two minds of trying something a bit different for a change. Are there any good substitute hotels that you would recommend for the price range that is in a simia location? Unfortunately the grand Floridian and the broad walk hotel are a bit too expensive. Any recommendations would be great!

You could rent DVC points at Boardwalk. Obviously, this isn't for everyone.

Unfortunately, Swan, Dolphin and Swan Reserve are your only non-disney hotels with walkability/boat access to Epcot & DHS. Every other property will be a drive/bus ride/skyliner. You could do a skyliner hotel if you want convenient access to Ep & DHS like Pop Century, Art of Animation or Caribbean Beach. They are sometimes cheaper than Swan & Dolphin or sometimes very close in price, just depends. But even then, the skyliner is still not as convenient as the S/D. Do keep checking as rates and promos do come out and also check third party hotel sites like priceline/hotels.com as they sometimes have discounted rates for Swolphin. Also, if you have a discount travel provider through work like working advantage or even costco travel, you may snag a deal.

I really like Caribbean Beach. The rooms near the Skyliner station are arguably the best location on property. I made it from my room to Studios in under 10 minutes.
