Alternatives to BBB - Just in case we can't get a reservation!

Hi - We are travelling to WDW with some first timer's and they are hoping to get DD's a reservation at BBB. If that isn't possible, what are some alternatives. I have seen mention of companies that will come to your resort room. Can anyone share details and experiences/reviews/recommendations.

Third for Ear for Each Other! We used a laid off BBB fairy godmother in training back in January 2022 and she was amazing. We found her on that group.
