Alternative DVC Resale Sites

Good morning everyone!

We have purchased two contracts through the board sponsor before but wondered if anyone has used either of the follow and would kindly share the experience they had.

I’ve read through the rules and seems I should be ok posting the official links to the web pages rather than just naming them!

They both have a couple of contracts that I’m tempted by but haven’t heard of either site before.

I think I know which ones you are referencing and I have used both and had a good experience.

I think I know what the 1st one is - used them in 2009 and 2020. Would absolutely recommend and use them again! Also I sent you a direct message.

The links aren’t working but we’ve used 3 different companies that aren’t the board sponsor and have had a good experience with all of them. We just have always gone with who has the contract we want and made sure to request our preferred closing company.
