Ok so I went a little overboard and ordered:
30 Day Shred - did my first last night
Yoga Meltdown
Ripped in 30
Extreme Shed and Shred
6 Week 6 Pack
Kickbox Fast Fix
I am wondering if I should alternate DVDs daily (taking Sunday off since I horseback ride that day)?
Or should I alternate 3 one week and then 3 the following week? Or do 2 a night every other night?
Or should I do it like this?
Monday - 30 Day Shred and Yoga Meltdown
Tuesday - 30 Day Shred
Wednesday - 30 Day Shred and Kickbox FastFix
Thursday - 30 Day Shred
Friday - 30 Day Shred and Yoga Meltown
Saturday - 30 Day Shred, Yoga Meltdown and Kickbox FastFix?
Sunday - horseback riding and mucking stalls lol
Basically I want to do atleast ONE every day and add in a second one on alternating days.
Oh I have an idea - since 30 day shred is so short I should do that one every morning and alternate running and the other DVDs?
Long rambling post short - How would you mix up the workouts? Keep in mind that I do run M - W - F right now as well.
