My husband and I are considering trading pins on our vacation this year but neither of us really like wearing a lanyard. Do any of you have a different way you carry them in the parks?

I'm not a pin trader but I do have a few pins on the flap of my canvas crossybody park bag. There would be room for plenty more on the flap, strap, and bag itself.

one of my friends just brings her trading pins in a small 1 quart baggie, like the ones you use for TSA when flying

I just cut a small rectangle out of a cardboard box, about 3x5 inches. My girls stuck their pins through the cardboard, and I carried them in my backpack. As the week went on, they used the cardboard for their "keepers" and just carried their "traders" in a ziplock bag. They only traded with CMs, so they would pull out the one they wanted to trade away, rather than needing to let someone view their collection.
