I've seen the Passporter at the bookstore, and I love the layout, places for PS's, the space to make notes of the things you do each day so you can have a trip diary, the pockets, and the overall organization possibilites. There's just one problem. It's too big! I travel light, I can't stand lugging stuff around (yeah, I know. Just wait 'til I have kids!).

Does anyone have a smaller version of the Passporter they make themselves? Any ideas are appreciated. I have a smallish spiral notebook with pockets for things every 25 pages, and I was thinking of useing that. But any tips you can give would be great!

I have the deluxe version of the Passporter. It's a 6-ring binder similar to a Daytimer Planner. I just remove the PassPocket for the current day and place it in my fanny pack. No need to carry the whole thing around with me. Plus, I can update it with refills (either just text, new PassPockets or both) and updated pages from the website.

So I typed a list for each day including PS # and restaurant #3s.
Gave everyone in our group a copy (that they never looked at). But that way I had 1 page plus park map and time schedule per day. This fit in my tiny fanny pack.

I think I have heard mention of a deluxe passporter with pages that can taken in and out.

I also take my page for that day out and carry it with me. I love being able to look back on my WDW trips with the PassPorter 'yellow pages'!!

I have a small zipped leather portfolio, with a small spiral notebook in it, I keep all of my vacation information in it, when I get ready to go to WDW or any other vacation. I copy all of the important info like park hrs, parade times, ps's etc onto a index card and laminate it. That way I leave the portfolio in the room and just carry my laminated card into the parks. I carry the portfolio in my purse when were traveling, it holds airline info, car rental info etc all safely zipped....
