Actually there's a fault from South Carolina/North Carolina (where I live) to around New York, so that's who got that little quake. If you felt it anywhere else you were either A. imagining it or B. got a bit of an aftershock

The epicenter was in Virginia so aroud there got the highest magnitude- which was 5.9 I believe. It was def. a rarity for the east coast!
It shook our house for a good 10-20 seconds, completely freaking me out! I instantly thought "earthquake!" but earthquakes just don't happen here so it was really weird!
