Already Made DISigns

I love all the Disigns on these boards.
If I find one that I like that someone already did with my childs name on it, can I just use that one (from their photobucket) or do I have to ask the designer first?

I would read the first post of that disigners thread. Most will say you can go ahead and use, but if it does not say so in the first thread I would ask. JMO.

I don't say ask but I think if it is publicly posted on PB you could go ahead and use it. I prefer not being asked (as long as it is for your own use) since I am so busy with DISigning but I would like to see the end results if possible.
