Already booked - but got a pin no. today

We booked our trip several weeks ago for the end of March. In the mail today we received the promo for room/dining and a pin number. Is it possible to call and have the pin and possible discount applied to our current reservation? thanks beachfan 12 DAY HAPPY DANCE

Yes, you can call and add the pin code but you can only use one discount. I booked by daughter's honeymoon with a 35% off pin code the beginning of February. Then at the end of February her fiancee received a pin code for free dining. So I just called and they added the QS dining but I lost the 35% room rate code. Hope this helps.

It will also depend of availability at your resort for that particular PIN/promotion. As long as there is availability you can call and have the discount applied to your existing reservation.

ETA: It will also depend on what kind of reservation you currently have booked. If you already have a package booked and there is availability you should have no problem. If you have a room only, it may get a bit more complicated to switch it to a package.
