Hi Guys,

Has anyone ever used Alpharooms before? They seem really competitive with the hotel prices but would like personal recomendations if possible.

Thanks in advance.

Used them 4 times(below) no problems at all. Just recently been able to find better rates elsewhere. If you post hotel, dates and price you have I will have a look thru my favourites list and see if anywhere is cheaper.

Fairfield Inn LBV Oct 2008
HoJo Anaheim Oct 2007
Courtyard By Marriott LBV Aug 2007
HoJo Anaheim Oct 2006

First off, I can't help thinking the guy who sang "Club can't handle me" stole your username and changed it to suit ;)

As to your original query, try w w.t riva go.c o.uk

I used them for a trip to Amsterdam coming in February and they are a great comparison website (and Alpharooms is included in their comparisons, so you might just find something cheaper for where you want to stay!).

Good luck :thumbsup2

Just tried that search engine Paul, found it a lttle strange, clicked on Hampton inn to get a price from Expedia and it gave me a price for Orlando Vista Inn. Will try it again this afternoon.

Thanks for that - we've found the Hilton LBV (14-28 May) at an extremely good price but just as we were about to book we thought we'd just check out Alpharoom reviews... to say the least they weren't very complimentary! Mostly people complaining about the standard of hotel room they got. As we've stayed at this Hilton many times we know there isn't a bad room in our opinion so figure we're gonna book.

Haven't stayed there since Xmas 2004 so no idea what its like now but I have to say it wasn't our favourite hotel, wasn't impressed with Hilton Clearwater either. We enjoy other hotels within the Hilton group like Homewood suites & Hampton inn but something about the Hilton's for me, they add on extras for as much as they can get away with, make sure, resort fees are included, I believe internet is not in the resort fee:confused3 parking $10+tax per day etc. but if you have stayed there I am sure you know whats incl and whats not.

Had a look at prices, other sites have it around similar price but Alpharooms is cheapest I could see and they give 5% cashback http://www.quidco.com/alpha-rooms/ so that will give you almost £40 back.
I noticed Hilton at Bonnet creek was simlar price and the new Holiday Inn DTD a very good price.

I've used Alpharooms several times too - cashback if you book through Quidco as well :thumbsup2
