Alopecia and WDW

I was wondering if anyone has alopecia and what do you do to keep cool?

I have alopecia universalis, and the heat is terrible for me. On my first trip to WDW, I actually placed a wet paper towel on my head (under my hair) and changed it each time I visited the ladies room. Stopping to wet a fresh towel before entering the stall for privacy.

Any one here with any suggestions?

I don't have alopecia, but have used headbands with those crystals that absorb water and then cool by evaporation. I thought there might be hats that work that way, and I found:
