Alone at Storm Along Bay..

Hello to all and thank you in advance. We will be back at home at BCV in May along with my nephew 16 , two nieces 12 & 7 and their parents. I know you have be at least 12 to be at SAB without an adult , so the 12 and 16 are fine. My nephew was wondering though can he at 16 take my niece 7 to SAB without an adult. They are all excellent swimmers ( swim team ect.) . We would be around the resort area or in the room, so we are close but not on top of them so to speak. Example we are getting ready in the afternoon and they want to go down and swim about...
