I have some exciting trip news!!!!!

Okay, so you all know I am going to Disney in 18 days, right??

Well, of course I also have the trip in September for MIL's 60th birthday trip. Its gonna be Chad, me, his mom, his stepdad, his granddad, his stepbrother, his stepsister and possibly her husband. We haven't made up our minds yet, well MIL hasn't made up her mind yet where we will be staying. I got a list up of GF, Poly, CR, and Pop of course for her to choose from. They have the deals right now going on so once she decides, I will let you know! But, we are going Sept. 21 thru Sept. 25th.

Now, other news....MY MOM HAS DECIDED A DATE FOR OUR GIRLS TRIP!!! YAY!!! We are now going Oct. 6th thru Oct. 10th!! We will actually be there on my birthday (the 8th) so it is gonna be so much fun! I don't think I have ever been during that week. We used to go the end of October. So, anyone who can help me crowd wise, please let me know!

Its gonna be my mom, me, my sister, Hollie of course, and my niece Shelby. We are going to Universal Islands and Studios (can't wait to see WWoHP!!) and of course the Magic Kingdom!!!

Well color me jealous Heather! You lucky dog! Three in one year? Ah, that's heavenly! I debated about WWoHP alot for this trip but decided against it, at least for this trip anyway. I will SO be looking forward to your report on it then!

Girl, you are going the end of Sept. and pratically the beginning of Oct! If I were you, I'd just stay there! No sense coming back home for only a week... DH actually said the other night that he might be interested in an Oct. trip himself, but it would be near the end of Oct.

You must be getting excited, the time is coming fast now! Have you done anymore ADR tweaking? I swore I wasn't going to and then I changed around a breakfast so that we could eat at Kona Cafe.

I am sooo excited!!!

3 trips! and all with a different group and differnt focus, not that you could ever get bored at Disney but still its cool that you'll be experiencing a family trip, adult adventure and girly getaway! gonna be so good! I have no trips at all, so will be enjoying keeping up with all 3 of yours!

I am really excited about it!! I know we will have a blast on all 3 of them! But, it will be fun to finally be back at Disney with my mom!

Me too!! I love Halloween so I am really excited to see the decorations and all. Hopefully we will get to do a MNSSHP in October as well.

I finally decided to leave the ADR's alone! haha I was debating on keeping the Coral Reef though. I didn't know if it would keep Hollie's attention, but she said she hopes we see some sharks!

Wow, I can't believe we only have 12 days now!!! I am usually all packed up by now, but NOPE!! Not one little thing!!!! Eek!!! I am gonna try this weekend to do a few things and then I will finish it up next weekend. I of course, have my lists out and know what I need to pack. I just hope the weather is nice and cool! I looked yesterday and for Monday it was 63 and Tuesday was 64 and both were sunny. Well, I looked this morning and it showed Monday 79, Tuesday 79 and rain (yuck!!) and Wednesday, 83!! I know it will change between now and then (hopefully!!). So I am gonna keep a good eye on it next week so I will know exactly what to pack.

There was almost a cancellation of an ADR yesterday.....eek!!!! Well, that and a little drama about free dining!


His mom likes to go to Planet Hollywood when we first get there. Well, I told Chad that if its like 1 or 2, we have ADR's for Chef Mickeys at 5:30. There will be no way I will be hungry. So I debated about canceling it or moving it. I tried for Tuesday afternoon, nothing open. Thursday night, nothing open. So I told his mom that if she didn't want to go, we were still going and that she didn't have too.
His mom said she thought we were getting free dining. I told her no, the week we are going they didn't offer it. Well, she got mad....then started asking if we had it for our September trip? (Um, we haven't even booked it yet, what do you think????) I told her very calmly that we WOULD have had it in September if they would have booked it by December 20th which they told me not too because they wanted to wait and see what deals would come out this year. NOT MY FAULT!

So that was why it was almost cancelled. I decided to keep it!

Hollie did say she wants me to bring her Lilo and Stitch outfit to wear to the luau so that will be cute!!

What all do you know about Planet Hollywood? We'll get a $15 (I think) voucher with our dining plan. I thought we might want to use it, but if it's real expensive or not very good, it probably wouldn't be worth it. I don't know if it has a long or a short expiration date on it. I was thinking I could leave it for Trent to use later, if it doesn't have to be used while we are actually there.

I am looking so forward to some warmer weather when we get there in four weeks. I feel like we've been in a deep freeze for forever.

I hope you can have as little chaos and drama as possible on your trip. It really does take a good bit of the joy out of it when people are making things miserable for others.

Oh lordy, drama with the m-i-l before the trip has even started! Heather, just keep reciting to yourself "I'm going to Disney 3 times this year, I'm going to Disney 3 times this year..."

I would keep Chef Mickey too, especially since you said Hollie enjoys it so much. Don't let your m-i-l and her wallybangers boss you around! I agree, eating at 1 or 2pm and then Chef Mickey's at 5:30 would be ridiculous, you wouldn't be hungry! Maybe you can sweet talk her into going to DTD or something and just grabbing a snack somewhere?
