As an IT professional, not only does this sort of thing really chap my backside, but I also can guess the reasons why their website is so screwed up. I try not to because it's too much like 'work'....

I agree that you are a riot..You sound like my hubby..he is in IT too...always talking about "all they have to do is ..blah blah blah"....what cracks me up is when I-- his WONDERFUL wife-- calls him with a question and he has the nerve to ask me if the computer is plugged in!!!

We're supposed to get somewhere between 6 - 12 inches here in suburban Philly. I am SO SICK of snow! Makes me want to clutch my pictures of the Poly and roll into the fetal position. But what's even stranger is my allergies are acting up like crazy which is my own personal indicator that spring is coming.

Oh, I'm still in a holding pattern about the possible trip to the Poly in June. I just got DD10's bill for summer camp and I am Hopefully we can still make it...

Oh jeez - me too! The only thing keeping me sane is the DIS and lots of Poly pics. My allergies have been acting up too lately. Wonder if it is a precursor to spring? If so, it can't get here soon enough for me - the garden has been calling to me under all that snow.

I'm trying to figure out how to get to WDW for that Summer Nightastic. I wonder if I could just vanish for a weekend without someone noticing?

Thinking good weather thoughts for you. I am to your west a bit in Maryland, and my original trip was foiled by Snowmageddon v1.0 and v2.0. Was supposed to fly out of BWI Feb. 10, but it was buried in 3 ft. of snow.

At any rate....we rebooked for April. Can't WAIT!

Just used online check in for our trip in 10 days!!! Worked like a charm for all 3 rooms. MKV - hoping for tahiti 3rd floor.

and the best part...I'm the only one out of 13 of us that knows we're MKV! When I gave this to the family (and sister's family, and mom and dad) at Christmas, I told them that the good news was we were going to Disney again...the bad news was that after all these years of MKV, we were gonna have to go GV this year - stupid economy. hehe

Not that GV is bad, but there's just something about the MKV in the morning and watching Wishes at night.

As an IT pro also, I usually think it's a hardware problem. My DH gets tired of hearing me tell people how to resolve their computer problems....all you have to do is this or that. Easy for me to say.

we usually have no problem. actually we've been told at check-in beforer that since we are a gathering with 3 rooms, we have a great chance of Tahiti and even 3rd floor because Tuvalu is the only other building with 3 rooms together (MKV). Also, Tahiti is a huge longhouse, and alot of people actually request 1st floor. But with the balcony on every floor, there will be zero disappointment no matter what - that's the beauty of MKV.

Yes, I was thinking that Tahiti is so huge that you have a really good chance. I'd forgotten that Tahiti has balconies on all 3 floors Congrats again!

It's so funny that people complain about these things -- I loved hearing them when we've stayed at the Poly!
