Aloha Isle Refreshments and Sunshine Tree Terrace in MK, why and when did they switch locations?

Does anyone know why and when Aloha Isle Refreshments and Sunshine Tree Terrace switched locations in MK Adventureland?
 
They switched places in 2015, i'm almost 99.9% positive. I think the switch works better b/c now there's more room for people to line up at Aloha Isle. The old line could get out of control...they probably could have made fast passes for it, or the Aloha Isle Dessert Party :rotfl:

Makes sense; there's more demand for Dole Whip than for Citrus Swirl, so the larger-capacity facility should go to the Dole Whip place. And even though the Orange Bird has returned in a limited way, the Sunshine Pavilion complex hasn't really been a unified, themed area like it once was, for a while now.
