We just returned from a seven-night cruise on the Disney Treasure. The ship's theming is incredible and the service was impeccable. There was a great selection of food in Marceline Market and the Festival of Foods offerings were always served fresh and flavorful. We also enjoyed the main dining experience. The menus were unique and offered much variety. In addition, the waitstaff was timely and very attentive. However, almost every appetizer and entree was served lukewarm. It was surprising since the food arrive quickly and the pacing was well-orchestrated. Hopefully, this will improve on our upcoming Disney Destiny cruise.

We sailed on the Treasure last month. The first 2 nights, our food came out cold. I finally told our head server and she made sure our food was hot the rest of the week - she served it herself.

Our servers were overwhelmed with special requests and dietary restrictions from other tables, and our food was cold by the time they got it to us. We were eating salads when tables around us were eating dessert. First time we have had bad service at dinner on a DCL cruise.
