Geez. I wish I had seen this thread before I went shopping yesterday. I have a great vintage bronze necklace that I was wearing and looked all over town for bronze earrings. Found none yesterday. Found several cute ones today thanks to everyone.

i bought a couple handfuls of the things and i was half bummed i was "too late" as they almost all said the date ranges were potentially after Christmas. But sincce they're like 2 bucks i figured whatever i got in time would be great and i could save the rest of later.

I placed the order on the 12th and as of today about half the items are already in the US on the way here having hit San Francisco within the last couple of days. I'm amazed.

You can't guarantee anything but if folks are in a gambling frame of mind seems things should get here in time for Christmas.

you can get it this friday @ walmart for that price. I spoke with the walmart manager and he said you can put it on layaway today and pick up at walmart friday for the same price of $37

DD will be renting a house next year at school, so many items we are getting her are somewhat related to things she will need in the house.

Yesterday, I found a great deal at Crate and Barrel for some nylon kitchen utensils, that where being on clearance for $0.95. Picked her up 2 slotted spoons, 2 regulars spoons, a pasta serving spoon, and a pancake turner. Total with tax, $6.00. And it is hard to turn down the crate and barrel gift box. Regular price on these were $5.95 each.

Best part, it is now wrapped too!
