Not our first trip or first NYE,we actually do this for almost every trip.6 days.
ADRs and rooms were done when they became available after a consensus was reached by our group.Decided POR and which parks and restaurants we wanted on what days.This meant sending links to room and resort pix....menus,food pix and restaurant pix.Letting everyone have a right to thumbs down any particular.All before rooms were gone and 90 days on ADRs(I prefer 180,glad it's back)
Print a copy of ADRs w/conf #s with the park hours and probable parade times we are planning that day.Where the ADRs are located and time(I left travel mode optional
)2 TS meals a day(2TS or signature mostly) with breakfast TBD(usually buns and coffee or hot chocolate)
Print plans to the resort with transportation modes to and from parks and ADRs straight and via DTD complete with preferred bus stops to insure a seat.
We all have dozens or more trips to WD and a couple of us since it opened so some things are left to common knowledge.
Each family or group member normally also has their own personal lists and we coordinate coffee,snacks etc.
We could get more OCD but this works and insured fewer "surprises"lots of rest/sit down time together and everyone feels a part of not dragged along on somebody else idea of how WD should be
