Almond Milk question

Strange question...I have a couple of Almond Milk coupons that will expire soon. I'd like to use them, but don't want to spend the $$ if it goes bad before I can drink it all. Has anyone ever had any luck freezing Almond Milk, in say ice cube trays?

I love Almond Milk but sadly don't drink a whole 1/2 Gallon in 7 days and it states you have to drink it within 7 days of opening I wish they sold it in smaller portions...or made the containers split down the center and that way you could open 1/2 of it and use it and then open the other side.....just something so you wouldn't waste it.

Which brand are you getting? If you get Almond Breeze, they come not only in the refridgerated half gallons, but also in the aseptic shelf-stable packaging. They only need to be put in the fridge after opening, and the containers are smaller than 1/2 gallon so you would end up going thru it quicker after you open it. IDK about freezing it, you could probably call the company and ask if they recommend that.
