This company is a real pain in the @##!!!
DH and I have complained and complained about their service and everytime they say it isn't them. AAAHHH!!! There is no reason I should have to almost be hanging out my window {like the Time Warner commercial} at home to use the phone. DH and I got rid of our landline cause it was costing us so much and just use the cell phones {we had to add another one so one would be here at the house}.
I go to call my voicemail and the phone says we can not process your call, call * blah blah for assistance. AAAHHH!!! I call to find out what is going on and get told that it was disconnected cause of nonpayment
I told the lady on the phone that it was mailed out over a week and a half ago and it should have been received by now. So I went ahead and paid the same amount that I sent the check for, told her to make a note on my account about the check # that I was going to stop payment on it tomorrow. After that was done she finally tells me that she can't turn the phone back on and that the people who do that won't be in until tomorrow.
So here I sit without a phone. Bad part is we still have another year with these YAHOOS unless we want to pay $200 for each phoneline to stop service.
I swear they are doing this crap cause of all the complaining we have done!! And I bet you anything they charge us a reconnect fee. OH boy if they do that, are they going to get a ear full!!! I have it in my mind to contact my states Attorney General and file a report about them.
NEVER go with this company for wireless!!! I don't know how they are for local service, but their wireless S%^&S!!!!!
