Chuck from All Seasons Travel just called-twice.

Background-We're booked on the Feb 14 Magic, a cat 3 and a cat4. Trouble was that the cat 4 was pretty far down the hall from us-my mom will be in the cat4. She has some health issues and I was uncomfortable about this. I had asked DCL to waitlist the cabin next door to us.

Chuck calls today because I requested a dining rotation that doesn't exist-hehe-and I mentioned the cabin location. He said he'd check into it and TA-DA DONE!! My DM is just two cabins away from us. She is happy, I am relieved and we are all thrilled with the service from this agency!

I too am very pleased with the service I've received from them. This is our first trip that we've booked through them. I wouldn't hesitate to book with them again! I'm such a picky person too!

True! But with a TA like Allseas, it's a good feeling, knowing that everything is being taken care of.

Chuck is a great guy. It is a good feeling to have located a professional in any field to help you with your plans. I had one early problem with an agent which was handled promptly and to my satisfaction once it was brought to his attention. Since then Chuck has personally contacted me several times via phone and email to make sure all is well and answer any questions.

I haven't had the pleasure of speaking with Chuck yet, but I am elated about the price I received for my March 6th cruise. I was just on the Sept. 20th eastern but couldn't rebook with Disney because I need a suite for the seven of us. I booked my Sept cruise with another agency for a cat. 1, but just booked with allseastravel for a cat. 2 for $7600.00 less for 1 week. No, that's not a typo - almost $8000. which could be put to some good use. I am thrilled and will always use them from now on.

I just booked our 4/2/05 trip with Allseas today. Boy am I glad to hear more good reports on them. I inquired about the Secret Porthole rooms, Sandra put me on hold - them came back to tell me she had reserved the LAST ONE for me!!! I was excited!!

I had also requested a couple of other quotes from DU but one was a little higher priced than AllSeas and of course by the time they got back to me, the Secret Porthole rooms were all gone. I was really happy with DU for our first cruise and wouldn't hesitate to use them again - but it looks like AllSeas is good too!

I haven't gotten the email confirmation yet (as of 6:15 a.m.). But Sandra had told me it would be a day or two.

I love their site - I can go and browse the prices for the upcoming cruises. Our cruise ended up being $200 more than the price stated on their chart since my older DS will be 14 when we cruise. Other than that, our secret porthole room with tax and everything was exactly the price they have listed for a Cat. 10. I also took trip insurance through them - the price was fair compared to other trip insurance websites I had checked and it was easier than doing it my self.

It can take a few days.... It was about four day before I got mine.... No need to worry they will take care of it.

All Seasons will send you an email within a few days, then also you'll receive paperwork in the mail about a week or so later.

We've booked our first Disney cruise through them and were so pleased with their prices and service that we referred my SIL and BIL to them, and they've booked with them too.
