Allseas?

I booked with All Seasons Travel for our cruise this October. They had the best price. So far, I have not had any problems with them. I would definitely recommend them.

Has anyone else received those waterproof containers from All Seasons with their documents?

We have booked our next cruise on the Magic with All Seasons and been very happy with their knowledge and customer service!

We booked our first cruise in 2002 directly through DCL and then last year we used the sponsor of these boards. We had great customer service until the Travel Agent we booked through left DU and that is when the problems started and kept going for us.

We have cruised 4 times since that cruise on the Magic and used an independent Travel Agent and have had excellant service.

When we decided to book a Magic cruise for this fall we picked All Seasons because they specialize in Disney cruises and we have heard and read only good things about them.

I called All Seasons and reached an TA who gave me a great quote which was exactly the price on their website.

We have appreciated and have benefited from these Forums but when it comes to who you use as a Travel Agent if you ask 100 people their experience you are likely to get 101 different answers.

We are looking forward to our next cruise on the Magic and using All Seasons as our Travel Agency.

It is nice to find a gift in your cabin when you arrive, but with all the extra $$$ you save with All Seasons you can go out and buy yourself a gift and pretend it's from them. ;)

We booked this past April (4/24) with All Seas. We had originally booked w/DCL but All Seas beat Disney's price by $900. We transferred our ressies over to All Seas, kept the same stateroom # and dining time.

Would book again with All Seas without hesitation. We did receive the waterproof containers with our documents as well as receiving a wonderful memory box in our stateroom upon arrival.

:)

The web sit is www.allseastravel.com I am planning a family reunion and most of my group are first time cruisers. Keith at Allseas is absolutely amazing and I would recommend him in a moment. He anwsered even the smallest, not so bright questions and never made me feel bad.

We received the waterproof holders with our documents & a gift box in our stateroom. We cruised May 15, 2004. I have a request for a quote for 2006 in with them now, but have not heard from them yet.

We have used Allseas twice. Chuck is very knowledgable and great to talk to. They have great prices and are easy to work with. They sent us a memory box and the waterproof holders for our last cruise.

I did have an experience like Bigbaby's with a woman from Allseas. Nothing major or I would have called Chuck directly but in the future I will try to avoid dealing with her. I would book with them again.

 We didn't get anything with our documents and we booked through All Seas! No waterproof pockets... nothing! And we even booked two rooms! I wonder if you have to book a 7 day cruise to get a gift. Anyone know?

Thanks for all the advice everybody. I ended up going with Allseas and I cancelled the Costco reservation, I'm just a little annoyed that it's going to take 4-6 weeks to get my deposit back from them.

Sorry, it was brought to my attention that my post was confusing. It was my hope I would not be banned from these boards for speaking out. It may have come across that I was not happy with All Seasons which is NOT the case.

I was trying hard to keep my emotions out of my post thus the need to delete the first few detailed responses about our treatment LAST year on our 2003 Magic cruise with DU NOT All Seasons.

We in fact booked our next 2004 Magic cruise with All Seasons. I was hesistant to book with a agency I had not worked with after our awful experience and treatment last year. But I have only heard and read and experienced good things with All Seasons and that is why we booked 2 cabins with them for a Magic cruise this fall.

Sorry for the confusion :( and hope not be banned on a whim. I was pointing out the negative of our experience with DU as our Travel Agency but the positive of how these boards help us all and I still refer people to the boards

We had a bad experience with allseas. I had booked a disney cruise through a travel agent in new hampshire ,and when i was looking around for a better price i received a quote from allseas that was three hundered dollars cheaper. So I booked it with allseas. I booked it with chuck and after booking with chuck i received a quote from dreams unlimited that was six hundered dollars cheaper than allseas.when i called allseas to check if they would match the price the lady i spoke with was very rude and told me she did not believe me that i found it 600.0 cheaper. so when i called allseas to cancel my cruise they asked if they could try and match the price and i told her that i tried that and was treated rudly. she did apoligised .but i will admit when i did speak with chuck he was very helpful. good luck and have a great cruise.
