Allowed reception items

I was wondering, I know Disney doesn't allow for you to bring your own center pieces, but what are you allowed to bring from home for your reception? Is there a limited number of items and only certain things allowed? thank you!

It depends on where your reception is. In a ballroom, you can bring in anything you want, but Disney won't set it up for you, in general. At many special venues and in park locations, Disney might set up two things of yours, but I can't remember specifics. Maybe someone else can elaborate, but basically, if you're in a ballroom, you have the least restrictions.

Disney will set out up to two items per place setting at no charge; after that it's $35/hour.

They set out a bunch of stuff and we were in ADH. We had favors and menus at each place setting plus table names, escort cards, guest book, card box, seating chart, bar menus, and our toasting flutes.
