Alligator Spread from Narcossees Anyone?

Does anyone remember the alligator spread they used to have at Narcossee's (I know it sounds a little gross but......)? Would anyone have a copy of the recipe from one of the first WDW cookbooks?

I remember it! I remember my mom and aunt eating it and saying how good it was BEFORE the waitress told them what wa sin it! I don't have the recipe but I think it was either smoked gator or had smoked bacon in it??
