Can anyone tell me, are there garden view rooms in buildings 14, 15, 18 and 27? I know it is a preferred building, but is that for the side closest to the main building? Are there other categories within the Alligator Bayou preferred buildings?

Asking because we are going in Sept/Oct and we will be traveling with my parents. My father has health problems and we need to be as close to the main building as possible.
I was thinking of connecting rooms with them being preferred and us being some other category. Hope that makes sense. Just hoping there is some setup like that or if we'll end up having to pay the preferred price.

Hi, I just visited POR last week and those buildings very well should have a garden view as they do not overlook the parking lot.
Buildings 14 and 15 are the closest to the Main Building. (Building 15 is closest to the bus stop):)

Good Luck.

We were in building 14 this past May and it was a garden view.

We were upgraded to a water view once in AB section, building 16 and you could barely see the pool. Should have been garden view. :lmao:

While we were there a lady in the laundry mat was complaining because she paid for preferred water view, and they put her in building 27. She didn't find it fun at all being that far away from the food court and bus stop at main building. She was alone with small children.

Thank you! We are checking in around 10am, so hopefully that will give us a tiny bit of pull for a garden view in 14. Fingers crossed. :)
