I've heard about the icky side effects, but what I really want to know is how much can I expect to lose using this? Assuming I'm eating light to help myself along, and doing at least moderate exercise 3-4x /week, could this help me lose an additional 4 lbs in a month? I weigh 135 now and want to get down to 125 as an ideal, but I'd be happy at 130 too. I'm 40 and I guess my metabolism is slowing and still managing to sneak up on me even at its slow pace, LOL!
