We are cruising in August! Both my son and I are celiacs and I'm curious if the allergy menus still exist? I've heard conflicting reports.
Thanks ahead of time.
We received allergy menus every night in Sept including in Palo. I marked off that I had a tree nut allergy on the app beforehand.
Dietary requests are a bit convoluted to find on the app/website as they separate things like halal, low sodium etc into one section and allergy issues into the section with disability requests.
What @sponica posted is the Special Requests section, you want to go into Special Services to see allergies, it's at the very bottom:
I would still contact them in addition to that to let them know it's specifically celiac though.

I have celiac and they usually have allergy menus available. They also note if something is vegan or GF on the regular menus too if they don't have a separate one. I always look at the dinner menus on the app prior to dinner to see what I think would possibly be GF or could be easily made GF by leaving off a piece of bread if its an appetizer or crouton if its a salad so it doesn't take so long to order. The first night's meal is always the most difficult of the cruise just because they don't know what you want ahead of time like they will for the rest of the nights. You will order your meals for the next day the night before at dinner, so they have time to prep exactly what you want. Check the next night's menu ahead too while you are waiting at dinner so you don't have to spend a lot of time with the pre-order at the end of your meal. If you are skipping one of the nights in the MDR for palo you can let them know ahead of time and you can pre-order for the following dinner instead too. If you don't pre order your meal, it will usually take longer than other tables around you. You can also pre-order items for breakfast in Cabanas and you let them know when you arrive there that you have a pre-order with your cabin number and name and they will get it ready for you and bring it to your table. Mickey waffles and donuts are two things we like to pre-order. If you like real maple syrup bring some with you as they just have the corn syrup kind on board. Hope this helps!
