Allergy Chicken Nuggets

Does anyone know what the allergy chicken nuggets are breaded with? DD2 is allergic to milk & eggs (which are standard) but also rice & oats. Obviously, a lot of "allergy friendly" stuff has rice in it.

We don't go until Feb, and we are food challenging the rice before the end of the year, but I'm just trying to get a sense for what our options are going to be.

This is the brand they mention being what is used at Disney (Allergyfree Foods brand). Per a label on those, it's a rice breading.

Chicken Breast with Rib Meat, Water and Salt. Battered and Breaded with: Water, Brown Rice Flour, White Rice Flour, Modified Tapioca Starch, Sugar, Flax Seed, Salt, Spices, Dehydrated Garlic, Spice Extractives and Oleoresin Paprika. Breading is pre browned in Canola Oil.
