Allergies and Ariel's Gratto?

We leave in less then a week for DL for my DS7's birthday! He had one request for his birthday meal, Ariel's Gratto because he loves the princesses. I would live to say yes, but I have a severe shellfish allergy and I see they have shellfish in the salad and as meal options. Will they be able to accommodate my situation or let me take them without me paying for a meal for myself?

When you have the PS, make mention of your allergy and speak to the chef when seated. We ate there and my son has multiple allergies. So, they can totally make you something and leave off the shrimp, clam, etc. Have a great meal!!

They should be able to accomodate you... speak to the chef when you get there. I have a dairy allergy and my daughter is Celiac (gluten free) and they were able to make things up special for us, so I'm sure they'd do the same for you.

I would actually call ahead of time and talk to the chef about it. And then remind them again when you get there.

When we booked our reservations via email, I told them about my friends sever nut allergy, they gave me another email to contact when they sent me the reservation confirmation, she had to contact them give them all the specifics and one of the chefs is to talk to her once we get there to make sure they are going to make her safe.

yes, definitely tell them about your allergy when you make your reservation. They are very accommodating.
