Allegiant showing open but no dates

I checked the Allegiant site this morning and it says they open for booking through November 15, but it still doesn't actually give any choices after mid August. Any ideas why?

It depends on where you are located. We (out of the Appleton, WI) airport have never had Allegiant flights for the months of mid Aug-mid Nov. We also are missing a few "non-demand" dates for May. If your airport is not heavily traveled during that time, they may discontinue service for a while.

If you change your departure destination and see that others are getting rates and your airport is not, this is probably occuring.

This was the first year they removed May from our flight schedule. I called to see what happend and they explained the above. You can call, but it took forever to get through.

Hope this helps...then again, I hope you do see your flights and they did not "black you out" for a bit.

Thanks, I did look at the two airports that are near us. One is an hour away and the other about two hours. I'll have to try some other random ones and see if anything comes up.

Nope, not getting anything to Orlando to come up in October. Maybe its just not fully loaded yet or something. I guess I'll try again tomorrow and see if it will work.

We had been looking at flying out of ATW for May, but the only day that came up was May 1st as available.

So I went with an airline that wanted my money.

I noticed the same thing today. We're checking airfare for mid October and nothing shows up yet even though they say its through November.
Just keep an eye open I guess??

I finally got through to a person and it's an error. They are only booking through Aug 15th, not Nov 15th. They have been notified of the problem, but who knows when they will fit it.

But I just checked again and now it shows the dates. Must have been just updating their system. You can now book through Nov 15th.

I see they are booking through November now but the return times to the airport I'm looking for have changed and its like 7:40 in the morning or something like that. That's just way too early I think.
