Does anyone know when they normally would realease their next set of dates? Right now they have flights up to August 16 and I need flights a few weeks later.

Have you used them before... how are they? We normally book with Jetblue but the flights are way too expensive compare to previous years.

We live in Oakville and are flying with Allegiant for the first time during March break. Driving to Youngstown, Ohio a 4hr drive on friday March 11th and catching nonstop flight to St.Petersburgh/Clearwater airport on March 12th. I got lucky and happened to get one way fares for $44.00. Total rt including taxes was $124.00. I got 4 tickets for $496.00. Fares with Sunwing from Pearson would have been $2700.00 just ridiculous! We are just taking carry on bags to avoid extra luggage fees for the week and opted for open seating as well. I have teenagers so no big deal if we don't all sit together.

I'm not sure how far out they list their flights, but I have flown them a few times before.

Fairly standard service for a discount carrier. They'll nickel and dime you on baggage and seat assignments, but you can decline those and get good pricing. Watch closely when you book, though. Last time I booked with them, they had changed things so the site automatically added on some of those extra fees and I had to deselect them. I like flying them over some other discount competitors because (at least in my market) all their flights are non-stop to the destination. I think that's true of them in all markets, but not positive.

Unfortunately not until June! I called the other day to see when they would be and was told it wouldn't be until then. I was FURIOUS! People want to know more than 3 mos in advance when their flights will be. I wasn't going to wait around for that.
On a side note, my aunt and cousins used them last year and loved them - big comfy seats and on time planes etc.

Keep in mind they only fly a couple days of the week from most cities. You have to be flexible with your dates.

Flew Allegiant today and flight was actually early arriving into St.Petersburgh Clearwater airport. Did open seating and was able to get seats together without any issues as well. Would definitely fly them again without any hesitation since price is right.

Does Alligent have an agreement with other airlines if they have to cancel a flight because of weather or mechanical problems? If they don't, what are you to do if for some reason they can't fly the day you are leave for or come home from Disney?

No, the low cost carriers do not have interline agreements.

You would have to stay until they reschedule your flight or find your own way. It's a risk, especially with Allegiant because they only have a couple flights a week to some cities. Unlike SW who has multiple flights per day.
