I was just curious if anyone knew if they were still offering this and if you knew with the kids pass, are drinks included--only because most of the kids meals I see at the included restaurants include drinks????

TIA!!!!! :)

we purchased 3 adult and 1 child this week, on Wed I believe it was. It did not include the childs drink and IMHO really was not worth the money. We probably saved all of $6 for our family of 4, and the desserts offered weren't very good. Unless you have a huge appetite, it really is not worth the $$.

I think if it included drinks we would try it--but it'll probably not be that great of a deal for us, like you suggested.

Thanks!!!

if they were open later it might be worth it, but since it ends 30 min before closing, it was not worth it since they closed at 6pm this week.

How much are these meal tickets, where can you use them at and where do you purchase them? Thanks

18.99 for adults 9.99 for kids. I believe it was $4 extra if you want it good in both parks.

it was only good at a couple of places in each park.
In US it was good at International Food Court, Mels Drive in, and one other place. Can't remember the name, but it is the pizza/pasta couter service that shares the building with Starbucks.

"All You Can Eat Pass" all day long (actually until 30 minutes before park closing).

Adults (one park) $18.99 plus tax
Chlidren (one park) $8.99 plus tax

Adults (two park) $22.99 plus tax
Children (two parks) $10.99 plus tax
Beverages are not included.

You can choose 1 entree, 1 side, and 1 dessert each time you go through the line. You can eat as often as you wish during the day.

The participating restaurants at Universal Studios are:
Louie's Italian Restaurant
Mel's Drive-in
International Food and Film Festival

At IOA:
Circus McGirkus
Captain American Diner
Comic Strip Cafe

You can purchase these at the dining and Information Carts at Citywalk, Universal Studios, and IOA and also at the Ticket booths at both parks and Guest Services at either park.

They can also be purchased at these stores:
Universal Studio Store
Sahara Traders
Islands of Adventure Trading Company
Marvel Alterniverse Store

You will receive a wristband that identifies those who have purchased it.

To go along with this meal deal:
You can purchase a souvenir cup for $7 and get unlimited (free!!!) fountain drink refills all day.

Is this only applicable if I buy the meal deal, or can I buy this by itself? :drinking1

You can only got the $7 cup with free refills all day with the meal deal. You can buy the other refillable mugs for around $6 and another for around $11 that you can refill for $1.25 though.

I noticed that phantoms post did not mention it can also be purchased at the participating restaurants

The free refills (when you have the Meal Plan) for your $7 refillable cup are only available at those special Meal Plan restaurants. You pay the special refill price of $1.35 or something everywhere else for a refill. And as others have mentioned that price is less with AAA/AP. Still is a deal though. Just plan or drink accordingly! Suck back that pop before you finish your meal & line up again before you head out! Especially before the restaurants close at 5:30p right now.

We're here RIGHT NOW!! Heading to Grinchmas in a half hour! Sorry we'll be missing seeing laphin though. We're only here for the 2 days he's off!

How exciting! Sure wish we were there! Where are you staying CdnMom2?

i think it was screamscape that mentioned the all you can eat plan recently.

crossing my fingers that it will be in effect when i go in october.

I just keep learning new things about these parks! it is wonderful! LOL this meal plan sounds like a deal! since it will be just my daughter and I going there for the day and we wil be there all day until closing when my husband comes to pick us back up.....

To be cheaper, would you be allowed to buy the kids all you can eat ticket, and have her get a meal in one place and finish it them walk over to another place and get another kids meal for the mom to eat? save money....

it seems to me that US has more to offer with deals than disney does, why doesn't DW doe stuff like that?

Please don't. Whenever the themeparks offer a good deal, people figure out a way to beat the system. Then the themeparks discontinue it. It's a good deal even when you purchase it for you and your daughter.

Phantom, the 7$ cup with free refills , do you have to purchase this everytime you want refills with the plan , we are staying at RPR for 1 week so would maybe consider buying the plan on probably 3 of the days, so i would need to purchase a new cup everytime

I don't know for sure but I think you can use the same cup. I don't believe they change the cups each day. The wristband changes but I think the cup is the same, but I'm just not sure.

Can someone tell me how this works with kids meals since they include a drink? Would the kids need to get an entree and side or could they get the kids meal on the plan? Thanks!
