I just bought a resale at okw (yeah!)I'm getting 160 banked points from 1999.All of 2000's with an august use year. We can't use the banked points by august.Whats the best way to rent them? And do I have to rebank them since I'm a new owner?And ofcourse I will take all the general advise anyone out there has to offer. They can't be "rebanked" If they are not used by July 31, they expire. There are a few options. One that I am not very familiar with or knowledgable about, is depositing a week with II, this could extend the life of those points as much as two years.

Renting them is also a possibility, you need to make sure that the renter is going to follow the rules, and you need to secure accomodations soon.

You could also book a week at he end of june and give it to someone graduating high-school or college that you know...
