We got an email announcing that we have been assigned to a new DVC guide. Our original guide was Byron, who we suspect has retired. In recent years he had been working remotely. He was a true gentleman. All the best to you my friend.

Best wishes to Bryon. He was our guide from the start. A no pressure, patient, kind man. I haven't received any info though on who will be our new guide.

Byron has been our guide all this time, too. He was always pleasant and I also liked him because, while he was diligent, he wasn't overly pushy. Hope he has a great retirement.
