GET YOUR BOARDING PASS AT THE 24 MARK AND GET THERE EARLY.
Long story short DH had flown out on the only SW flight to leave PHL to MCO Friday by getting to the airport early and getting on an earlier flight.
Unfortunately the ticket agent never changed the record the whole way through, so when he went to check in today, he was unable to as their system thought he had been a no show on his original booked flight. A call to SW determined what had happened, they force booked him onto a flight that they said was already oversold to replace the ticket he had "lost" due to their error.
He's now got an "A" boarding pass in his hands for the flight he had originally booked.
The agent said that every SW flight MCO to PHL is sold out or oversold for tomorrow, so some people are not getting home until Tuesday.
