All Stars - transportation

Looking at october 2017, would really love to stay at AoA again but at the moment the price of AoA looks like it's really going up and up, possibly due to being so popular . So i'm looking at All Stars but not stayed there before. We won't be driving and the Dis transport at AoA was brilliant. Can anybody advise on the Dis transport for All Stars, was it shared between sports/music/movies if so what was that like.

Generally the buses are only shared at off peak times such as in the middle of the day. In the mornings and at park closing they had their own buses.

Have used Disney buses for over 20 years and the All Stars transport is brilliant. It's a big resort so buses are plentiful. Last year we stayed at the Poly and their transport was awful, 30 min wait times, whereas All Stars is only 10/15 min absolute max.

We was at the ASM last year and couldn't fault the bus service. Very regular, friendly drivers, just perfect!!

We stayed at the all star sports 3 times and mostly used our rental car to get around but we did occasionally use the buses to get to DTD or Epcot if we wanted a few drinks. We found the bus to Epcot good but the DTD bus was normally shared between the three resorts (sports is the first stop so more likely to get a seat). The DTD bus both there and back was normally very busy but that's the only problem we ever had with disney transport.

We stayed at ASMu in May and we did all the buses! Couldn't fault it. We occasionally had to wait but we didn't notice it enough to be annoyed.

I have stayed at All Star Sports many times and hardly ever had any issues. I like the fact that Sports is first, so when you are sharing the bus with the other resorts, you get first choice of seats and first off on the way back.
