Ok!! Here we go............!!!
We just add another night to our reservations, cause we are arriving at 1AM on 5/26. Any experienced about this resort and guest services??? We request 1st floor and a refrigerator...We need to bring our own coffee maker???
How about the Room Services??? Any Internet Connections??? Any other recommendations are welcome to this post!!! Thanks!!

We stayed there in early December. It was our first stay at a value and I was pleasantly surprised. Our room was actually nicer than the one we had at Port Orleans Riverside and the grounds was really nice too. I think you have to request a coffee maker. We had a first floor room in the Rock Inn. I had expected the resort to be a lot bigger. The bus service was excellent and the pools were really nice too.The only thing I didn't like was the food court. I had expected it to be a lot bigger and with a lot more selection. If we ever stay there again I will never plan on eating there. I'll eat in the parks instead.

Not a bad hotel..stayed there a few years back. First floor might be difficult to get a 1am, lots of people like the first floor. We usually get a refirgerator for meds during our trips; we usually stay at the Pop for one night; getting a frig late at night is very very difficult...last trip we arrived at about 8:30pm and checked in and didn't finally get the frig until about 11pm. Not sure why you need a frig but I would plan on having them deliver it the next day.

Room service at the value is strictly pizza delivery nothing else. They do have an OK food court. I really like the Pop food court the best of all the values. And there aren't any internet connection in the value or even moderates.

I stayed here in 2001 and really enjoyed it. I got a first floor room in Calypso that was as close as you could be to the food court area. But, this was also soon after 9/11 and many people had cancelled their trips.

I would suggest calling the front desk of the hotel before you leave your home and make sure they are aware of your needs. Maybe they can put a fridge in before you arrive if you do that.

As for internet, there was only dial-up access on the phone line. If you don't have a dial-up number with your ISP, then maybe get a free AOL account just before you go. ANd then cancel when you return.

We stayed there this past Christmas. We checked in on 12/27 at 12:45 am and did get a ground floor room.

We checked in to Sports at 1am last week. We were given no help with our luggage or even an offer to borrow a baggage cart. No guidance to find our room, either. We were handed a confusing map and left to our own wits to find our room in the dark, alone. Daunting when you have no idea of the layout of the place, easy in the daylight after a couple of trips though.

We eventually wrestled a baggage cart out of a storage area and used that. It took us 20 mins to find our building/room- I was NOT impressed at all. And I didn't feel safe.

We did get a quiet room and a hair dryer (which I requested) was waiting in the room for us- so both of our requests were met.

We went there in 2003. We got our room keys and proceeded to the room. To our surprise when we opened the door, someone was already using the room. I enjoyed our stay but things like that should never happen.

FYI, you can rent a fridge and coffee maker (i think) from www.abbf.com for less than getting it from disney. They will have it waiting for you at ck in.
