I just came across this site, what I wonderful idea and so thoughtful. I wish I had come across it sooner. I read the initial post, but just has a question if someone already asked and booked the fridge for the dates that we are going. Is there any waiting list, or just keep checking back?

My husband and I have the DxDP, and we wouldn't be needing it this trip.....if anything, I wish I didn't have so many to plan as it is but just wanted to ask for the future.

How large is this fridge? I would like it for drinks and yogurt. How much would be able to fit in it? Do I want to get a 1/2 gal milk or a whole gal? What would fit with some other items in the fridge?

Unfortunately, my doctor has decided to schedule shoulder surgery a few days before my trip in February 2011 which means that I have had to cancel the trip all together... Please remove my name from this fridge swap.

You can fit a fair amount in the fridge. A gallon of milk would fit but it's take up a good portion of the fridge space so I'd say a 1/2 gallon would be best to accomodate the other items. There is a picture of the fridge on page 1 of this thread.
