Since the all stars share the same bus service to the parks, at which property does the bus pick you up? Also if I understand correctly, it the park normally opens at 8 AM and you have an EMH at 7 Am, you need to be on the bus at 6AM, is this correct? [COLOR=DarkRed] ::MickeyMo

The busses pick up at each resort: First is Sports, then Music, then Movies. Each resort has it's own bus stop at the front of the resort. When we were there in Sept, we were at the bus stop (Movies) about an hour before we wanted to be somewhere, and we were always early getting to the park. It would probably depend on the time of year, but an hour early was a little too early when we were there. The ride to the parks ranged from about 15-25 minutes after we got on the bus. The busses seemed to run fairly often, the worst bus for us to catch was Epcot, we had to wait about 20 minutes for that one day, the rest usually came about 10 minutes after we got to the bus stop at the most.

We are DVC members now so it has been a couple of years since we stayed at the All Stars but we enjoyed our visits there very much. The bus service there is great. Short waits. We stayed at Sports on all visits which meant 1st pickup.

Contrary to popular belief, the bus does *NOT* always go Sports, Music, Movies.

In the morning, routing is dynamic... this means that buses are dispatched based on demand, and in different start orders. Often times, each All-Star will get its own bus, but many times, the buses will sent to two, and be routed in reverse order as well.

At the bus stop at 6 AM ,probably yes. If there are a lot of people already waiting at the bus stop, you might not get on the first bus to your desired park.

Ouch...an hour to get into the park? I think I've only had this happen when I stayed at AKL. Fortunately I'll have a car and I think I'll definitely make use of it!!!

It doesn't take an hour to get to the park. However, if one wants to get there early, and be ahead of the lines and everyone else, then they would want to leave an hour before the gates open.

Tyler is right of course... I stayed at ASMO and they were direct, I only stopped at the other once, it was a breeze using the buses..

Thanks Tyler !!
