All-Star Resort Pools Under "Hard" Closure

This may be old news,but 6 weeks ago when I was at POP,Guests were still swimming 24/7.

I am at the All-Star Resort now and the Pools are "hard" closed during non-lifeguarded hours.

There are large signs placed all around each pool.

What dos "hard" closed mean? Are there locked fences now?

Thereby preventing those of us who spend all day in the parks from swimming. One of my FAVE memories of AS Sports was swimming later at night.

I get that they say the cause of this was the tragedy... I get it.
