Hi, We are going in WDW in 10 days and are staying at the ASM for the first time. Any suggestions on which building we should request. Just the two of us celebrating our 40th b-day, no kids this time!!!!

You should probably stay in the Calypso building since its closest to the pool, Melody Hall, bus stop, etc.

Calypso is a preferred building, you pay $10.00 extra a night for that building. From reading other information, the Jazz buildings are the closest non preferred buildings but are not far from the main pool, and the bus stop and food court. If I were going in the summer, and wanted some quiet space, but wanted to be close to the main building I would ask for the Jazz building but a room facing away from the courtyard

either solo or with DBF and think Broadway is best for romance and atmosphere!!! It's the next set of buildings beyond Jazz, but it's fairly quiet and the themeing is great!!!

Jazz is also a great request. I also like to request 3rd floor so there's no one above you!!!!
