All Star Music to Coronado Springs

Hi all! My reservation is currently at March 4-9 at All Star Music.

I'm thinking about bumping it up to Coronado Springs, for a variety of reasons. Primarily for a more adult/luxury vibe. As well as better(?) buses. It's my boyfriend's first time at Disney and I'm trying to show him that it's not just for kids.

All that said, I gave us going for most of the trip with minimal time in the room. Just two days returning to the room at midday (maybe).

Would appreciate everyone's thoughts or concerns in the midst of construction).

I don't know too much about the construction. From what I've seen it doesn't seem too bad. I have, however, stayed at both of those resorts. I didn't notice a huge difference in buses, but there are multiple bus stops around CS verses all star where you have to go all the way to the front of the resort for the bus. That may or may not matter to you depending on what building you want to request.

If you are going on a trip to hit the park hard and just crash at the end of the night go with all stars. But if you're hoping to have more of a couples trip I'd go with CS. The rooms are nicer and have either two queens or one king. All Star has two full size beds in each room. If your bf is already thinking Disney is just for kids, sharing a full size bed or having separate beds might help solidify that.

It's hard to say what the construction will be like nine months from now. We stayed in July and the only disruption was visual...we could not hear anything inside our room. Amenities are NOT being affected by the work that is taking place. If you are planning to be at the parks for the majority of the day, it probably won't bother you. If you want to sit poolside all afternoon, you may hear some construction noise.
