The pros about the family suite are that there are 3 queen beds, 2 of which become a sofa and table/chairs. During the day you have a living room with a t.v instead of always lying on the beds. There is a kitchen with a full size fridge, sink and microwave for meal storage and prep. The value of this is different with everyone so it depends if you will be ordering groceries and planning on meals in the room. Then, of course, you all get to be together in the same space but the second bedroom has a door for privacy and its own full bathroom. Also, keep in mind that all suites are in the preferred buildings so much closer to the food court and busses.
With 2 rooms you are not guaranteed to be connecting or even adjoining although they will try. For the pros you get 4 queen beds instead of 3 so potentially no sharing and usually it is less expensive than one suite. It will cost extra if there are more than 2 adults in one room or if you want a preferred location like where the suites are.
Edit: If you decide on 2 standard rooms know that they are all the way in the back and because Music is a rectangular shape this means quite the walk each day. In that case I would check out Sports or Movies where the standard rooms are a more reasonable walk.
