We will be going to Disney in May 2008 and are probably going to be splitting our stay between ASMovies and CR since we have to pay for a ticket this year for our son who will be turning 4 on our trip. We did all CR in May 06 but he had just turned 2 so he was still free! My question is... has anyone been allowed to stay in a king bed room at the all star movies when they have two adults and a small child (who would sleep in the big bed with parents or in his sleeping bag)? My booking agent said that they never make exceptions to the rule of only 2 people in a king room at the ASmovies because of fire codes but my husband and I both have large shoulder width and we would have to sleep in seperate beds on our anniversary if we have to stay in a double bed room because we both can't fit comfortablely in such a small bed. I was hoping someone else may have expereice getting a king room with two adults and a small 4 year old child at All Star Movies.

Thanks
Jennifer Crider

I don't have direct experience with what you need to know but I would call the hotel directly and explain your situation. Generally speaking, your info is correct that they never make exceptions with regard to room occupancy.

I asked the disney people the same thing just a couple days ago and got a big no answer. Due to fire safety codes... sorry.

Max occupancy on a value room w/ a king bed is 2 adults or 2 adults w/ an infant under 3. It is for fire codes as previously stated.

Sorry! :(

Thanks for the replies. I was hoping for better news, but at least I know for sure we will be stuck in seperate beds on our anniversary (8 years).
