All Star Movies -No Rooms From Dec. 18- Jan 1st?

Is it possible to not have rooms for Dec 18th - Jan 1st at All Star Movies? We are booked for those dates and friends tried Disney online to book room there as well . It is saying no availbilty. It is showing only standard rooms at Pop and All Star Music?

Would Calling Disney make a difference?

Yes, it is possible that no rooms are available. Dec.18 to Jan.1 is holiday time and rooms fill up quickly. I always prefer calling for my reservations since I have someone who can immediately offer me alternatives if my first choice isn't available.
