All Star food court lunch/dinner - Low Sodium items?

Looking at the menu's I saw salads which you could add chicken or salmon.
Are they no salad dressing salads ?
Is the chicken and salmon cooked with salt in the seasoning?
Can you get a lemon wedge instead of salad dressing?
DH has heart issues - needs a low sodium diet.

Other items to eat at the value resort food court suggestions?

The values have a great price.
We we go in early May or late April into early May
Avoiding Easter weeks and Mothers day.
