All 'shares' to end this Friday

Over on the budget board there is a new thread that states all swaps and shares will be locked this Friday. The DIS says that anything that involves the exchange of money is against the rules. So, effective Friday they will lock all the exsisting threads and effective today they will lock all new threads.

If there is no exchange of money they will permit the swaps/shares to continue.


Anyone that is currently involved in one of these needs to set up other forms of contact between the members.
