I had Rev. Tim, but I didn't have any issues with him. We filled out his ceremony questionaire months before we were married. Actually, months before we met him before our PS. He sent me the book for Catholic weddings outside the mass (after our PS) and I selected 2 readings which I emailed him and he responded that he received. Other than that I let him do "his thing". I didn't write our ceremony or our vows. We wanted to keep it pretty traditional especially because we had heard how good Rev Tim is at weddings.

I just glanced through my old emails from the wedding...he always responded. However, it looks like the last email I sent him was 10/31 to tell him our rehearsal time and he responded "see you then". I must not have contacted him to confirm the week before like I did my other vendors...probably because I knew he'd be there.

You should just email him again or call him. If you email- put your names, wedding date, and "questions!" in the subject line. Perhaps he thinks he already has the form from you. Anyway, I'm sure you will hear from him. Try not to stress!
